The food is always fresh, always a huge variety in a clean and professional and hard working waitstaff. By far the best buffet in Reno. It's also one of only three buffets still in Reno. Ya feel me??

This buffet was an absolute dream after our visit to the Purple Parrot. Major tip: Arrive about 30 minutes prior to opening because that line will grow into a snaking craze by the time they open and will continue to be long until almost 8 pm especially if you're trying to get in on a Saturday. Otherwise, you may need to book a reservation months in advance to ensure a table. However, that wait is definitely worthwhile because the food is chef's kiss! The snow crab was probably the freshest I've ever had. And they don't run out because it keeps getting refilled every time it gets low. Every other item we tried was just as good and they have everything from Asian food, to seafood, all cuts of meat, Mexican food and cold cuts area. The dessert choices are fabulous and you can even get fresh dipped chocolate strawberries! Seniors over 55 get 10% discount and if you have any comps from playing on the casino floor, be sure to apply those to bring down your per person price. All around, the best! Can't wait to take my entire family back to this place when we go!

Best buffet they have in Reno! It is located inside of Atlantis, we came on Labor Day weekend and had reservations, they let us get earlier than our reservation time which was nice. This is my first time here and it did not disappoint! They have tons of cuisines and the seafood and meat section had a lot of selection. We did come on a Sunday so they had these seafood and steak options during the weekend! Prime rib was delicious! I also really enjoyed the seafood, I got tons of snow crab legs and raw oysters! I'm really happy they had raw oysters here because I recently went to one in Vegas and they did not have oysters! Would def come again!

Came up to Reno over the weekend and a few of my friends had recommended Toucan Charlie's for brunch. We love bottomless brunch, and they raved about the champagne brunch here. I made reservations for Sunday at noon, and when my husband and I arrived, we were not incredibly impressed. The Atlantis casino is somewhat old, and from the outside, the buffet looked like a run of the mill, old school, casino buffet. I guess I was expecting something classier, but with a name like Toucan Charlie's, I should've known. My husband immediately started looking up different brunch options in the area, but we decided to stay since we were already there. The buffet was pretty busy but we were seated pretty quickly. We ordered the bottomless sparkling, which was included with the buffet price. Our server and busser were on it!! They kept coming around with refills, which we loved. Now the food - wow! I did NOT expect such a great selection of food. Everything we tried was really good, too. I wish we had had more room in our stomachs, because I wanted to try everything! We had the clam chowder, pozole, pho, egg drop soup, carving station, breaded shrimp, fruit, nachos, Mongolian station... We definitely tried other stuff; I just can't remember it all. Overall, our friends gave us a great recommendation. While we were a little concerned walking up to the entrance, the food and service delivered. We will definitely be back next time we're in Reno.

We didn't stay at this hotel, but we came here specifically to try out the buffet here. I thought the buffet was a bit pricey considering that there weren't many seafood options (just some clams and mussels); however, I thought their pho station was amazing! Probably the best pho I've had in awhile, which was really unexpected considering that it's at a buffet. Now I understand why there was always a line at the pho station! Tons of dessert options along with ice cream. I normally have a big sweet tooth, but I didn't get much sweets this time since I wasn't feeling it. They also have a meat carving station, which includes steak. Their steak was also cooked perfectly medium rare! They also have a "cheese board" section, salad bar, Asian food and a taco section. Although, I wished they had more seafood options, I left feeling stuffed. Soft drinks, coffee and tea are included in the buffet. Our server also made sure our drinks were refilled often! There's plenty of parking and there are some free EV charging stations for the first two hours, then after that, there is a charge.

Pretty decent buffet here. Noticed on my player's card that I had a free buffet for (2). That's around $80 value. They have a wide array of salads and fruits; all the desserts you desire. In addition they have: A soup station Pho station Mexican station Smoked fish station Basic pizzas Chinese station Very good fruit and salad station Bread selection My favorites were the salad station and meat section. Everything tasted pretty good. I was happy. But of course, it was complimentary. That said, if I were starving, this place would definitely solve the problem. Enjoyed it here. Tip: on off peak days, at 11am, everything is very clean and fresh. Service was excellent. Loved the staff interacted with.

My cousins wanted to visit a buffet while in town. It so happened that we got in on a saturday evening and it was prime rib and crab night. I'm not a huge fan of crab after visiting Alaska before and got thoroughly spoiled on fantastic crab while there. The prime rib was pretty good, but on the way to getting the prime rib I saw that they had goat curry on the bone, I tried it and that was the best goat curry I have had in a long time. The goat curry is better in Vancouver Canada but that's a long way for goat curry. Don't worry, I went up multiple times for it, it was that good.

Solid buffet in Reno! Definitely come here if you are looking for a great buffet in the area. Reminds me of Vegas quality almost. There is a huge variety of cuisines available ranging from Asian, Italian, Latin, dessert stations, and more. This place is so worth your money because of their seafood & meat selections. My favorite was their crab legs -- they have both snow crabs and king crabs, what an amazing value! They also have crab cakes, fresh raw oysters, prime rib, and more. Service was great. Every time I went for the next round to grab more food, my dirty plate was taken away. My water was always being refilled as well. On a weekend evening I did have to wait about 30 minutes but it wasn't bad at all. You can just walk around the casino and they will text your phone number once ready. I'd definitely come back again!

Pleasantly surprised with Toucan Charlie's Buffet & Grille! We had a party of 7 with a toddler. The regular line was long and heard it was at least 1-2 hour wait. Thankfully, one friend had vip access so only waited short time. The prices are pretty reasonable for steak/seafood dinner $55. The quality of the meats were surprising and good. I liked the prime rib, beef brisket, salmon, pho, curried goat. The Mexican fare was underwhelming. The seafood selection was good. The dessert selection was extensive as well. Service was excellent forgot the guy's name but checked on us all throughout the meal. If back at Atlantis in future, will definitely be back.
